So, thought I would show you all my decorated wrist this morning:
1) The heart bracelet I found in my jewellery box, totally forgot I had it! I think we should all have a root around in our jewellery boxes, or whatever form of storage you choose, you may find some wonders!
2) Second bracelet was handmade by my aunt, she's got such talent, I'm currently in the process of trying to help her start up her business. She's not had the best life, but is so talented and is something she's passionate about so I want her to pursue it with all her might! Because she's a wonderful aunt!
3) My 18th birthday present from my parents. Tiffany's finest, every girl should get some sort of Tiffany's piece for their 18th, coming of age, whatever! It's beautiful, and coincidentally has 18 black onyx beads, we were meant to be!

So guys, have a root around, start making your own and treasure those meaningful pieces, whatever shape or form they may take!

Beauty Costs How Much?!

Beauty Costs How Much?

So I was reading through some of the articles on the Glamour website, when I came across one that was determining the cost of our daily beauty regimes. Now these women were spending at least a £100 (absolute minimum) on products that they would determine needed for everyday. And, there I was thinking, well they can spend this cash, they earn a lot more than me (broke student and all that malarky) and then I started counting it up in my head, holy cripes I am spending similar amounts of money on beauty products as Fashion Editors at Glamour, who DO I think I am? Or is it just that is the bare minimum we can spend if we want the best, and well who doesn't. So here's a run through of the beauty products I use everyday, and their costs, just to reassure anyone here who feels as bad as I do that you're not alone, you are definitely, not alone.

Green is Good!

Feeling Green?

Imaginary Haul!

Imaginary Haul!

So my bank balance is not looking particularly healthy at the moment, so I thought I would do an imaginary haul of all things new, that I would get if I wasn't broke and in Topshop. They've got some delicious prints, and new shapes going on this season. If anyone watched the Unique show, then you'll know what I mean when I say, Topshop is definitely going in the right direction. Rarely they get it wrong, but sometimes it can be slightly unpredictable. Like right now, I am really not understanding this whole 'Geek' labelled sweater thing, so far from my cup of tea I feel like it is a definite bid to rake in those profits Sir Phillip! Nonetheless, they've got some truly interesting items that I know you fellow high street shoppers will adore:

Oh Holiday, Celebrate!

Oh, Trinidad!

It is officially merely three weeks and two days until I escape this devilishly cold hell-hole and return to the island from once I came: Trinidad. Oh the people, the food, the music and the beach are wonderful, the fashion on the other hand is questionable. It's definitely a culture thing, but I am sure a large majority are stuck in an early noughties time warp. I intend to seek out some redeeming styles, I mean the women have the most beautiful bodies,  I am sure there is still hope. Until then I shall just sit back, and gaze at past photos, eagerly anticipating my relaxing break before I head back to reality, the library and my dissertation.
